The Joint Master in Microbiology and Parasitology with Gannan Medical University, China at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Cameroon

The Rector of the University of Dschang informs the public that during the 2025/2026 academic year, recruitment of 06 Master students is opened into the first year of the 3-year Master program in Microbiology and Parasitology at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The 3-year Joint Master program in Microbiology and Parasitology with Gannan Medical University, China hosted by the University of Dschang. Within the framework of this project, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dschang invites applications from highly motivated and dedicated among the previous selected master students in clinical biology and public health following the announcement N06989/UDS/R/VR-EPTIC/DAAC/FMSP.

Eligibility Criteria
Master program in Microbiology and parasitology: A Bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences, in Medical Laboratory Sciences, in Biochemistry, in Animal Biology, or in Immunology, A Diploma in Medico-Sanitary Engineer, a Doctorate degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine. What does Gannan Medical University offer? You will be fully registered at UDs and GMU for the entire duration of your degree and stay at GMU for at least 2 years (primarily for experimental work or clinical training). GMU will provide a scholarship of 8000 CNY per year to cover part of your tuition fees (18000 CNY/year) and of 4,000 CNY per year to cover accommodation at GMU. The traveling fees is self-funded, as well as approximately 400 CNY (=32000 Franc CFA) for the visa fee, 800 CNY (≈64000 Franc CFA) for the insurance fee, and 300 CNY (=24000 Franc CFA) for the medical examination fee every year in China. Living expenditure and other miscellaneous fee will be self-funded. The flight ticket will be self-funded by the candidate.
