CONTENTS OF THE APPLICATION FILE
The application file must include the foll0wing documents:
l. A comleted application form, downloaded and printed during online registration on the University website: www.univ-dschang.org or on the platform http://sigesonÂline.univ-dschang.org;
2. A certified true copy of the birth certificate;
3. A certified true copy of the Baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level certificate;
4. A certified true copy of the degree granting access to the Master’s program applied for;
5. Certified true copies of academic transcripts for all years of university studies
6. A detailed curriculum vitae (CV);
7. A certificate of employment, if applicable, signed by the employer;
8. A medical certificate issued by a physician frsm a public health facility;
9. Two (02) color passport-size photographs (4×4 cm) with the candidate’s full name written on the back;
10. A motivation letter addressed to the Dean of the FMSP, stating the candidate’s prefessional project (maximum one page);
11. A signed declaration of commitment, addressed to the Dean of the FMSP, confirÂming regular attendance in all courses throughout the two academic years;
12. Proof of payment of the sum of 20,000 FCFA (non-refundable) as the application processing fee. This amount must be paid at an accredited financial institution, upon presentation of a payment slip previously downloaded during online registration;
13. For employed candidates: a recommendation letter from the employer along with a formai commitment to fully release the employee for the duration of the training and to cover all related tuition fees;
14. A proposai of a professional research project not exceeding five (OS) pages.
