Clean up Campaign and Keeping fit at UDs

Dschang,UDs/SIC-06/03/20.  The International Women’s day will soon be celebrated and all signs are indicative to this effect. The official launching of activities in the University that graced the women’s week took place on the 3^rd of March at the University Auditorium in the presence of the Vice –Chancellor of the University of Dschang Pr. Roger Tsafack Nanfosso. The zeal and enthusiasm with which they kick-started carried them as they organized a clean-up activity on the 5^th of March 2020.This started at 7:00 a.m as the female staff of UDs mobilized in their numbers in the University Campus with different tools for the clean-up. This lasted for over two hours and by 9:00 a.m, the entire Campus had a new lift. A handball match was organized later during the day at 3:30 p.m at the hand ball court in Campus “A”. The women came dressed either in white or blue attire .These two teams locked horns with the match lasting for 30 minutes with no hitches despite the heavy down pour. The blues carried the day by 4 goals to 3. Physical exercises followed suit and by 6:15 p.m all activities had ended to recover the strength lost were shared to participants, they departed with joy and satisfaction hoping to celebrate their day -8^th of March 2020.
